Mauricio Sacramento, also known as Fresh Prince da Bahia, is a Salvador-born, São Paulo-based cultural entrepreneur, creative director, and social innovator. He is the founder of BATEKOO, a pioneering collective and cultural platform that champions the visibility, empowerment, and expression of Black and LGBTQIA+ communities in Brazil through music, fashion, nightlife, and art.

Genres: Funk, Kuduro, Afrobeat, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Breafunk, Pagodão da Bahia, Rap/Hip-Hop, Trap.


Cris Masca, 26 years old, is originally from Salvador and began dancing at the age of 15 in open dance circles held in public squares. Over the years, she immersed herself in the study of rhythms such as twerk, pagode, and funk. Today, she has built a solid body of work, becoming one of the leading names in Brazilian performance art alongside BATEKOO.







Eric Terena is an Indigenous person from the Pantanal region of Mato Grosso do Sul, and through his music, he amplifies the power of Indigenous ancestry, echoing the struggles and roots of native peoples. In addition to being a DJ and music producer, he is currently part of Youth4Climate, which, together with other young climate activists from around the world, promotes awareness actions to reverse the impacts of climate change.

Malfeitona is a singer, DJ and creative director of the Malfestona and Saborrr parties, as well as a guest for shows and recordings in musical projects such as Sebastianismos and the Chora e Rebola carnival party and block.

Hiran is a Brazilian rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, and director, who is openly gay and hails from Alagoinhas, in the interior of Bahia. He has been gaining recognition in the music scene in recent years, amassing millions of views on YouTube and countless streams on his Spotify channel. Mentored by Caetano Veloso, with whom he reinterpreted the classic Tropicália, and born in 1995, he has released three albums, featuring successful collaborations with artists like Glória Groove, Carlinhos Brown Ivete Sangalo, etc.

Ramonzin was born in Rio de Janeiro’s north zone, Carlos Ramon represents one of the brightest talents in Brazil’s alternative scene. A rapper, composer, trumpeter, and producer, he began his career in 1999, freestyling in Lapa’s circles. In 2004, he won Super Desafio Six—then Brazil’s highest-stakes MC battle championship.

K'boko specializes in afrodiasporic bass music, seamlessly blending organic Afro-Brazilian roots with digital and electronic influences. Drawing inspiration from afrodiasporic sounds around the globe, his distinctive sonic palette weaves together Afro-Brazilian rhythms, 808s, subsonic basslines, heavy kicks, synths, samplers, and live instruments—creating compositions that are both unique and richly diverse.


Genre: Afrofuturism, bass, electronic.
